NI Open - Part of the NI Swing
The NI Open presented by Modest! Golf is part of the new NI Swing for 2023 where a 10-day festival of tournament golf will take place at key venues in Northern Ireland. The new initiative is part of the Mizuno Next Generation Series and co-ordinated by the Clutch Pro Tour. The new NI Swing will carry a total prize fund of £165,000 with the £100,000 NI Open at Galgorm the showcase event.

Home favourite Dermot McElroy romped to victory in the 2022 NI Open presented by Modest! Golf Management and with it booked his place in the 2022 ISPS HANDA World Invitational. His eight-under total (205) was enough to win by seven from Limerick’s Tim Rice in second. England’s Billie-Jo Smith was the leading female and all three played in the World Invitational.
